Jeffrey Caddick, Hercules

Jeffrey A. Caddick, CEO/Owner
From 1981-1985 Jeffrey attended Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana earning a BS in Business, Major in Accounting, Minor in English, and graduated Cum Laud.

After 10 years in NYC he relocated back to Evansville, IN joining Hercules as a District Sales Manager. He moved on to become Operations Manager, and then to Purchasing Agent.

Jeffrey purchased Hercules Mfg. Co. from George L. & Rita Caddick in 2000 and now serves as CEO.

Moonlighting as the personal manager of a legendary jazz musician has enabled him to travel all over the world and even to perform at the White House.

Johnny Johns, Production Control Manager

Johnny Jones, Production Control Manager
Johnny is a graduate of Campbellsville University with a BS degree in Business. Johnny joined Hercules in July 2010 bringing to his position 22 years of experience as operations manager of a high volume distribution facility for American Materials Inc. Johnny states that,

LaSenna Powell, Office Manager

LaSenna Powell, Accounting & Office Manager
LaSenna Powell has joined Hercules Manufacturing Company as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Representative.  Previously, she was the HR Manager at Land O’ Frost and Rexam Closures in Madisonville, KY.  Ms. Powell has a Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.


Alexa Bowling, HR & Safety Manager

Alexa Bowling, HR & Safety Manager
Alexa is a resident of Henderson, and comes to Hercules having worked @ Kenco Logistics in Mt. Vernon as their HR Manager/Safety/Secure Site Advocate. Kenco is a 3PL providing transportation services to Mead Johnson.Previously Bowling worked as Employee Benefits & Leave Administrator for Springleaf Finance, Inc., HR Manager/Benefits Specialist for Irving Materials Inc., and Regional Manager (KY, IN, IL) for PMI Staffing Inc.

Bowling’s education includes the PHR Course from Owensboro Community College, multiple SHRM Certifications & Membership, Ultipro & ADP payroll Certifications, OSHA 10 Hour- 2008 & 2016, DOT Reasonable Suspicion Drug/Alcohol Certification- Deaconess Hospital, Accident Investigation Certification- Zurich Insurance Company, Labor Law Certification- Chicago IL Labor Law Conference, S.T.A.R.S. interviewing certification, P.E.R.P. certification & CPR/Adult first aid certified.


Justin Wilson, Inside Sales & Marketing Manager

Justin Wilson, Inside Sales & Marketing Manager
Since joining the company, Justin has managed parts sales, repairs, warranty, IT and drive-away delivery of completed vehicles. He has been serving our customers as the Inside Sales and Marketing Manager since January 2020. Justin is a part of the Hercules core leadership team, a member of the strategic planning committee and is managing a critical part of implementation of Hercules new ERP system. Previous to working for Hercules, Justin worked as a sales consultant at AT&T and a technology specialist at Office Depot in Henderson KY.


Amber Daugherty, HR Coordinator

Amber Daugherty, HR Coordinator
Amber received her Bachelors of Science degree in Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from USI in December of 2011.

Amber has experience as an HR Coordinator responsible for payroll, recruiting, onboarding and assisting with all other aspects of HR.


Daniel Owen, Systems Development Specialist

Daniel Owen, Systems Development Specialist
Daniel joined Hercules as a production team member in 2015 at Henderson Trailer Company. Daniel transitioned to the Parts and Repairs Department as an Administrative Assistant in 2018, and as of Jan 2020, is now a Systems Development Specialist.
