Jeffrey Caddick, Hercules

Jeffrey A. Caddick, CEO/Owner
From 1981-1985 Jeffrey attended Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana earning a BS in Business, Major in Accounting, Minor in English, and graduated Cum Laud.

After 10 years in NYC he relocated back to Evansville, IN joining Hercules as a District Sales Manager. He moved on to become Operations Manager, and then to Purchasing Agent.

Jeffrey purchased Hercules Mfg. Co. from George L. & Rita Caddick in 2000 and now serves as CEO.

Moonlighting as the personal manager of a legendary jazz musician has enabled him to travel all over the world and even to perform at the White House.

George Caddick

George L. Caddick, Chairman Emeritus
Born in 1931, George attended attended Indiana University, Bloomington, IN from 1949-53 where he earned a BS in Accounting. He served in the US Army from 1953-1955 . From 1955-56 he was employed with the accounting firm of Caddick, Gaither & Horton, Evansville, IN as accountant.

George became active in management at Hercules Mfg. Co. in 1957 and relocated the company from Evansville, Indiana to Henderson, Kentucky.

Jimmy Johns, Production Control Mamager

Johnny Jones, Production Control Manager
Johnny is a graduate of Campbellsville University with a BS degree in Business. Johnny joined Hercules in July 2010 bringing to his position 22 years of experience as operations manager of a high volume distribution facility for American Materials Inc. Johnny states that,

“Hercules strives to be the best in the business by meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers before and after the sell. Customer satisfaction is our mission”.

LaSenna Powell

LaSenna Powell, Office Manager
LaSenna Powell has joined Hercules Manufacturing Company as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Representative.  Previously, she was the HR Manager at Land O’ Frost and Rexam Closures in Madisonville, KY.  Ms. Powell has a Master’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

Corrie Buchanaaan Alexa Bowling, HR/Safety Manager
Alexa is a resident of Henderson, and comes to Hercules having worked @ Kenco Logistics in Mt. Vernon as their HR Manager/Safety/Secure Site Advocate. Kenco is a 3PL providing transportation services to Mead Johnson.Previously Bowling worked as Employee Benefits & Leave Administrator for Springleaf Finance, Inc., HR Manager/Benefits Specialist for Irving Materials Inc., and Regional Manager (KY, IN, IL) for PMI Staffing Inc.

Bowling’s education includes the PHR Course from Owensboro Community College, multiple SHRM Certifications & Membership, Ultipro & ADP payroll Certifications, OSHA 10 Hour- 2008 & 2016, DOT Reasonable Suspicion Drug/Alcohol Certification- Deaconess Hospital, Accident Investigation Certification- Zurich Insurance Company, Labor Law Certification- Chicago IL Labor Law Conference, S.T.A.R.S. interviewing certification, P.E.R.P. certification & CPR/Adult first aid certified

Justin Wilson Justin Wilson, Warranty Manager
Dabid Lambert, Hercules HR Generalist David Lambert, HR Generalist
David graduated with an Associates of Applied Science degree majoring in Business Administration in 2015 and comes from over 5 years’ experience with compensation and benefits, employee relations, and supervision.  Previously, he worked as a Dispatch Supervisor and most recently a Payroll Help Desk Rep. at P.T.I.-United Companies (trucking industry).  
Nathan Vandiver Nathan Vandiver, Maintenance Manager
Nathan's responsibilities include: driving the implementation & management of the Hercules Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS); developing manufacturing SOP’s, standardized work instructions & quality specification instructions; establish & maintain standardized training materials and trouble-shooting guidelines for all work stations.

Nathan most recently worked as an instructor for the Ivy Tech Industrial Maintenance & Engineering Schools, a distribution engineer for Carhartt, and a design engineer for Ivy Tech Industries.

A native of Southern Indiana, Nathan graduated for the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor Degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Master of Business Adminstration.

Ian McCarter, CAD Operator/Technical Support Specialist

Ian graduated from ITT Technical Institute in March of 2014 with an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting and Design Technology Degree, and performed his Drafting/Design Internship @ Fluid Systems, Inc. in Evansville.

Emily Williams, Administrative Assistant at Hercules Manufacturing

Emily Williams, Administrative Assistant APEmily joined the Hercules team as a temporary/seasonal employee  in July and has transitioned to full time.

Julie Herron, Hercules Administrative Assistant. Julie Herron,Receptionist/Accounts Payable Administrator
Julie has over 15 years’ experience in business administration. She has worked previously for Henderson Express and Business Equipment Distributions.   
Jennifer McClaren, Hecules Accounts Receivable Administrator Jennifer McClaren, Accounts Receivable Administrator
Jennifer attended Henderson Community College and has over 4 years’ experience working in accounting. She has previously worked for the Henderson County Fiscal Court and Hazex Construction.
Daniel-owen Daniel Owen, Administrative Assistant-Parts and Repairs
Daniel Owen studied Computer Science at Murray State University. He joined Hercules as a production team member in 2015 at Henderson Trailer Company. Daniel recently transitioned to the Parts and Repairs Department as an Administrative Assistant.
